Deploy it for clients. Keep the license.
The same three governed systems — The Content Audit, The Content Brief, The Editorial Pipeline — licensed for commercial deployment. Duplicate them into any client workspace you manage, for as many clients as you like, as part of your paid services. One purchase, no per-client fees.
It pays for itself on client one.
A governed content-ops install is a billable deliverable — most practices charge four figures for it. Your cost per client is the part that keeps shrinking.
What's covered. What isn't.
Covered
- Unlimited client deployments — duplicate into any workspace you manage
- Use inside paid engagements — the install is yours to bill
- Everything in the suite — databases, gates, worked examples, AI permission maps
- New systems as they ship — the catalog grows under your license
Not covered
- Reselling or redistributing the templates as templates
- Sharing the duplication link itself
- Transferring the license — it stays with the purchaser
- Clients get their deployed workspace, not the right to deploy
Systems a client can run after you leave.
Each product ships with How This Works, a complete worked example, and Running This With AI — built so the client team inherits a working operation, not a pile of empty databases.
The Content Audit
Run it as your discovery deliverable: the client's library, scored on four dimensions, with one defensible decision per asset.
The Content Brief
Leave behind the gate that stops half-finished briefs from reaching their writers — the rework ends after you're gone.
The Editorial Pipeline
Install a board that stays true — eight status gates, a slip protocol, and a 30-day review the client's team can actually keep.
Fair questions.
Do my clients keep their workspaces?
Yes, outright. The deployed workspace is theirs — they can run it, change it, and keep it forever. What they don't get is the right to deploy it for their own clients; that right stays with your license.
Is this per seat, per client, or per agency?
Per purchaser. One license covers your practice's client deployments, however many clients that turns out to be. It doesn't transfer if the practice is sold, and it isn't a site license for another agency's team to share.
Do I get updates?
Yes. New systems added to the suite are covered as they ship — duplicate the latest from your master link. Fully Inhabit is a growing catalog; your license grows with it.
Can the client's AI agent run these?
Yes — that's the design. Every system ships with a Running This With AI guide and a field permission map. Point the client's agent at that page first, and it operates the system without crossing the human-judgment boundary.
I already bought the $39 suite — does that count toward this?
The $39 suite covers your own workspace, and this license is a separate purchase for client work. If you bought the suite this month and want to upgrade, reply to your receipt and we'll sort it out fairly.
Do you offer setup help?
Yes — the Content Ops Install and larger engagements at fullyinhabit.com cover deployment, configuration, and team training, for your practice or directly for your client.
Your next client engagement, already built.
Three governed systems, unlimited client deployments, no per-client fees — and every install is a deliverable you bill for.
