Fully Inhabit
Workbook · Excel + Google Sheets

The audit was always a spreadsheet. Now it's a governed one.

One workbook, seven tabs: a validated inventory, the scoring rubric with exact scale points, the decision framework encoded as a live formula, a dashboard that tells the truth, and a permission map for running the whole thing with an AI agent while the decisions stay yours.

What a template doesn't do

Free templates give you columns. This gives you the judgment layer.

1

Scores that behave

Validated 1-4 columns against written scale points, the total computed live, and a Band Suggestion formula that names what the ranges say.

2

Human fields in ember

Decision, Reason, Audit Date. A scored row with an empty Decision glows amber until a person acts. The suggestion column is deliberately not the decision column.

3

A truthful dashboard

Decisions, dimension averages, and the queue of calls awaiting you, with live charts. No chart paywall. Anywhere.

4

The teaching inside

The rubric, the decision framework, a complete worked example with its provenance trail, and the judgment rule that overrides the bands.

The Google Sheets trick: import the workbook, protect the three ember columns to your account, share the sheet with your agent. Now the agent can score all three hundred rows and physically cannot write a Decision. The boundary stops being a promise and becomes a property of the file. Two minutes; the steps are on the Running This With AI tab.
FAQ

Fair questions.

Excel or Google Sheets?

Both. It ships as .xlsx and imports cleanly to Sheets: formulas, dropdowns, conditional formatting, and charts all survive. The per-account column protection is a Sheets feature; in Excel the same boundary governs by instruction and review habit.

Do I need an AI agent to use it?

No. It runs perfectly by hand, and plenty of buyers will use it that way. The agent pairing is there when you want the reading and scoring done at volume while you keep the calls.

How is this different from the free Semrush template?

Free audit templates give you columns to fill. This one carries the judgment system: exact scale points, a decision framework with a judgment rule, an enforced human boundary, a provenance convention, and a worked example showing the standard. The sheet is the cheap part. The system is what you're buying.

How does it relate to the Notion edition?

Same system, different home. The Content Audit in Notion ($19) is a governed database with views. This is the spreadsheet-native edition, deeper on formulas and portable to any Excel or Sheets environment. The field names match, so an agent trained on one operates the other.

What does one purchase cover?

You and your own team, in your own organization, on any number of files. Client deployment as a paid service needs the Agency License in the shop.

The Content Audit Workbook · $59 · one-time

Three hundred rows. Four scores each. One column that waits for you.

Import it, point your agent at the permission map or pour your own coffee, and give every asset you own a decision with a reason attached.
